Camping at Coler

Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, the campground at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is the perfect getaway for unforgettable outdoor experiences. Coler offers 16 hike-in sites, 5 camper van sites, and 1 ADA site.

Mountain Biking at Coler

At Coler Mountain Bike Preserve we offer two-and-a-half hour guided rides for both groups and individuals, classes designed to cater to riders of all skill levels, and off the bike workshops.

Expedition Field Trips

Get your students out of the classroom and learning outside! Our Expedition Field Trips, sponsored by Black Hills Energy, immerse 5th and 6th grade students in outdoor educational experiences and hands-on activities at our Wetland Expeditions at Osage Park and Woodland Expeditions at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.

Kids Nature Classes at Osage Park

This two-hour program is designed for homeschooled students ages 6-12 and provides an engaging and educational outdoor experience. Students will learn about a variety of fascinating topics, including our watershed system, designing their own waterways, and exploring the wetland ecosystem at Osage Park.

Kids Nature Classes at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve

Objectives include learning to use a compass, learning to work as a team by building a shelter together, learning the seven principles of outdoor ethics, plant identification, birding, creek activities, and more!

Explore Archery Summer Camps
